Shortly after President Donald Trump sent federal agents to Portland, a federal judge in Portland issued a restraining order against the agents barring them from attacking journalists and legal observers. Black Lives Matter Chicago and other organizations have filed lawsuits to prevent a similar occupation of their cities.
