By Sherri Jefferson, African American Juvenile Justice Project  This episode will examine the allegations against Sean Combs and the US Department of Justice, US Attorney General Office and state and local authorities position that Sean Combs and others did not engage in rape or sex trafficking. Rather, their actions were protected under the First Amendment as Hardcore .  The African American Juvenile Justice Project, leading authority in the US on sex trafficking of black young women and children and the creators of JUST US, BE ME and FemaleNOTFeemale, released both a statement and video regarding this issue and days later, Attorney Tony Buzbee claims he has 120 victims and is advancing a Class Action lawsuit.
