We just firmed that up, though it took a little Frogger-playing to make it happen. Our first visit to the Thai Embassy was in Birmingham in the UK, and it was a model of efficiency. Our recent visit to the Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur was more like a trip to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). If you can’t find your red tape, this office probably re
