Welcome back to another episode of Pints with Pat. Pat kicks it off with a recap of the week and an old story of direct mail while he was still working off shore. The recap was cool to look back at and reflect where we are now.  He transitions into another story about negative talk. The story he brought up was the military boot camps and how the leaders yell and tell you that you're weak and worthless. However, it's not like they mean it but they want to see if you believe it. What would happen if you became numb to it because you are so self confident that those words and negativity isn't true? These things challenge you and make you stronger. Think about it, what would happen if you just heard praise and positivity from those around you? Would you become weak and vulnerable? Probably..
