Send us a textLast month Erin sat down with a few of her favorite contestants from Top Chef season 18 at the brand new Moxy Oakland Downtown! Chef Maria Mazon, Chef Dawn Burrell, and Chef Nelson German couldn't have been any nicer and honest about the latest season that was shot during the height of the pandemic in Portland, Oregon. We talk about the restrictions and testing they all had to go through while filming the show, how tight the chefs were through it all, how the show has impacted their individual lives, and what they see in their culinary futures. Let us tell you, it was a joy to speak with a panel of chefs of color that are changing the culinary industry.
