Let's just say that we had a meeting of the minds with these ladies, and this is (hopefully) the beginning of a beautiful friendship.Mother of the Dawn is a short film about a female truck driver in Brazil who started having visions of extraterrestrials in the 1950s. These visions led her to start her own community/religion of followers that has over 800,000 members, yet is still relatively unheard of. We were joined by director Janell Shirtcliff and producer Daisy O'Dell, and while our conversation definitely discusses the importance of their short film and how much they cherish this community of people and their beliefs, it also ventures off into the unknown (in the best way possible).
