Megan Hatfield was just a normal girl growing up when one day everything changed. It all started one day at the age of 22 while she was working her job at soul cycle. She noticed that she was feeling tired that day and was overall just really fatigued. Over the course of the next couple of days, her body just kept getting weaker and weaker so she ended up going on a journey to find out what was going on. After getting multiple diagnoses and hopping from doctor to doctor she was finally diagnosed with Lyme's Disease. After years of battling Lyme's Megan feels like she is in a great spot and is on the right path in her healing journey. Megan is now a women's empowerment coach and a Leadership mentor.  Her goal is to help women alchemize their pain into purpose. In 2020, she released a book called "Strange and Unusual Creatures" which is about her journey of healing from chronic Lyme disease and trauma. This episode is unique because Joey (our co-host) has a similar story to Megan so the
