Mr. Joel S. Lisker was most recently the Senior Vice-President for Security and Risk Management for MasterCard International. In this capacity he served as the company's world-wide senior security representative for all matters relating to the fraudulent use of its numerous card products. He was instrumental in developing technical solutions and strategies to thwart the efforts of organized crime, and as head of Corporate Security with responsibility for safeguarding MasterCard employees, premises, and property throughout the world, he ensured the safety and security of its' human and physical assets, without incident.
