Have you ever felt judged by someone? Can you remember that pain of feeling misunderstood? Cast out? And separate? Usually the people in judgement don’t know the whole story. They don’t know the truth of who we are or what we’ve been through. And usually the people who judge, are themselves in some kind of pain.  I imagine you can relate to that truly awful feeling, especially if you identify as highly sensitive.
