Six years ago I jumped into the idea of making my dreams into reality, I let go of my fears and started my coaching business. It was exciting and scary at the same time. And because I listened to my heart, I’m still here now, living my dreams. But recently, I had an experience I’m not proud of, fear took over me. The regret I had came from the fear I felt right at that moment. It goes to show that even when you are involved in mindset work on a regular basis, you can still get bricked and blinded by your own thoughts of fear.  In this episode, I would like to share with you how fear took control even if it was just for a moment.
