Needing a win, Justin Verlander did all he could to help the Houston Astros win Wednesday night. Play-by-play announcer Todd Kalas even resorted to eating the Rally Grasshoppers in between innings. But the Astros lost in the extra innings. After much criticism in the first two games, Jose Abreu was out of the lineup versus George Kirby. Astros GM is concerned about Cristian Javier and Jose Urquidy but very worried about Urquidy. The Astros have had a streak of 6 straight games where they only scored in one inning.
