People fear that they won't be able to get hired by a big company like Google or Microsoft if they don't possess a prestigious degree. Is is true? Big companies have merely two ways of recruiting people: 1- They use recruiters and get people right from universities. Those are the really big universities, the prestigious one. 2- They get a referral. If you don't fit on the first option, there is definitely other paths you should follow to get hired by a big company. Bottom line is: No...
