God is the God who sees and who hears. In the everyday, mundane, thankless tasks, God sees your faithfulness in them. You put food on the table, you fold the laundry, you clean the bathroom, and maybe nobody thanks you for it. But God sees your faithfulness to the things He has given to you to steward. Maybe you’ve been faithful at your job, but you didn’t get that position you’ve been working so hard for. But God sees your faithfulness. And He rewards it.
