Ritual or Special Moment A five minute quickie podcast Can I share a moment with you, it reminds me of the gift inside podcast episode earlier, I was journaling but a different time then usual - I missed my ritual of journaling before I start my day and I experienced something different because I felt drawn to write even though it was the middle of the morning. Why was I drawn to write? And I didn't write anything really awesome I just seemed to get this was a time to be WITH myself and I was learning something a little special.
