Finding compassion below the surface From an unlikely discussion between Russel Brand and Rene Brown about our views of others not doing their best. If you choose to listen you find out how this concept made me feel guilty and sad which I was not expecting and took me completely by surprise. Because of this reaction I wanted to explore deeper with a view from an NLP perspective and how we can use this to create change not in others but You and I.
