Labels -They Are Not Who We Are Be Careful They Don't Define you When I work with clients I often hear this "I'm depressed" or "I'm Anxious" or even more dramatically "I'm Clinically Depressed" or well you can fill in the blank. Is that who they are? Absolutely not! That's not their Identity it's their behavior, the way they 'choose' to behave. Yet we say things like this so easily without thinking and said enough will define who we are = WE ARE THE LABEL Throw away the label, change the behavior, and be YOU! The REAL YOU!
