Tim's abuse What a brave thing to do So this episode of the PDU podcast follows the recent episode of the Tim Ferris podcast #464 'My healing journey after childhood abuse' and I wanted to first applaud Tim for being so courageous and also offer maybe a bit of commentary and help of my own. One of the most simple yet powerful messages to come from this is "You Are Not Alone" Tim shared with us his journey yet I wanted to offer some alternative thoughts to seeking help, providing hope to those unable to follow that path. Even if this does not personally apply to your life someone you know may be dealing with this secret so it would be great to share conversationally with as many people that you know and it might just be the difference that makes the difference - I truly hope so.
