The affidavits of probable cause for the arrest warrants were released on 4/15/24. On Saturday, March 30, the Texas County Sheriff’s Office requested the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation services with the suspicious disappearance of Veronica Butler and Jillian Kelley. Court documents say it was discovered that Butler was in a problematic custody battle with Tifany Adams for the custody of Butler’s two children. The father of those children was Wrangler Rickman, Adams’ son. Butler’s visitation with her children was court ordered to be supervised every Saturday. It was arranged for Kelley to supervise the visit. Butler told family members she was going to pick up her children from Adams at Four Corners in Texas County.
