On Today's Edition of the Locked On FLORIDA Panthers Podcast, the Cats record a franchise record in wins in a season with 48 in their 5-3 win over Buffalo. Jonathan Huberdeau records his 97 point of the season, breaking Aleksander Barkov's record from 2018-19. The Panthers are the first team to clinch their spot in the 2022 Stanley Cup Playoffs. This looked like a game that the Panthers look to pull away but with two back-to-back, penalties, Buffalo gets two PPG's in the 3rd to cut it to one. Buffalo does however commit to penalties in a minute span to give the Panthers the 5-on-3 to clinch the game and their spot in the playoffs by defeating Buffalo 5-3.
