Are you an early-stage company? Are you in the process of creating a new division or product? Now is an excellent time to create some company values for your business. It’s actually quite simple! You know the importance of creating company values, but you’ve got an early-stage company, so how do you create values when everything is almost duct-taped together, and you’re still trying to find your wings?
