Keith Pompey says the 76ers need to play Markelle Fultz this season now that he's healthy.  The first overall pick in June's  draft will miss his 29th consecutive game on Thursday due to right shoulder soreness and rehabilitation. The team plans to increase his workload this week. However, Pompey believes workouts a lone aren't enough. He says the 19-year-old needs to experience more game action..
