In the battle of sea beasts, the Sharks would engage in an all too familiar practice of failing to start on time. The Kraken would score the first 2 goals of the first period, interrupted by a Fabian Zetterlund Power Play goal giving the Sharks their first shot of life in the game. However the Kraken would clamp down scoring with 3 minuets remaining in the period. New addition Kilm Kostin would score his 7th goal of the season in the second period showing he might be a piece of the future. The Kraken would cap off the evening with an empty net goal putting to rest another Sharks loss.
