Surgery 101

This is the 3rd episode in a 5-part eye series.  This episode is brought to you by University of Alberta students Kim Papp, a 4th year medical student and Divya Goel a 2nd year medical student. Today we will discuss orbital fractures which are fractures of the bony eye socket. After listening to this podcast, learners should be able to: 1. Describe the anatomy relevant to an orbital fracture. 2. Gather pertinent positives on history and physical exam for a patient presenting with a suspected orbital fracture. 3.
