I sit down this week with Mark Shilling, Mark founded Revolution Spirits in 2013, as well as founded ShillingCrafted in 2017 to help both new and existing craft distillers with operations, marketing, regulatory and general project management. Mark helped establish the Texas Distilled Spirits Association in 2012, and served as president of The Wine and Food Foundation of Texas from 2013 to 2015. Mark currently serves co-chair of the legislative committee of the American Craft Spirits Association.
