Ingredients: Medium Red Cabbage 1 Cup Water 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup White Sugar 1 TBSP Salt 1 TBSP Butter Slice cabbage thinly, remove white core chunks. Add everything except salt and butter to a large pot, bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn heat down and simmer for two hours, stirring as needed. Add salt and adjust vinegar/sugar proportions to taste. Add butter to taste. Do not over-cook! (Although it's not fatal if you do.)
