An official with the World Wildlife Fund believes that if nothing is done differently we will need to produce as much food as we do today to meet the increased demand by 2050. He says food production has always been the biggest human impact on the planet, but going forward with more people, more per capita income, and increased per capita consumption, the impact will only increase. Guest: Jason Clay, senior vice president for markets and food at the World Wildlife Fund. Perspective is a weekly public affairs program hosted by Richard Baker, communications professor at Kansas State University.
