They have been dating for 15 years and been married for 11. Over time, he slowly let himself go, got fat and stopped dating and courting her properly. Once again, she started an affair with another man. They are living apart, he is dating other women, but they are now friends with benefits. After therapy together, things are better, but he doesn’t feel it should go beyond a friends with benefits type of relationship since he doesn’t trust her anymore. He asks my opinion.
