As we begin to close off this year, I imagine many of you, if you are like me you begin to think how quickly this year has gone by and thinking of all the things you set out to accomplish and what did or did not come into fruition. I believe there is great value gained in reflection. Although sometimes during this busy season of the holidays we find it harder to truly take the time to do this. I also believe that we must be intentional with our time and energy to achieve any results in life, so I like to make sure I intentionally take time for myself, pause, reflect, and prepare myself to enter the New Year powerfully. I have found my own process that I like to do that really helps me gain clarity, bring peace, and intentionally enter the new year.
