Hi, I’m Stephanie Atwood, author, nutritionist, trainer, and coach and I co-host this series with Bev Short, photographer, nutritionist, and trainer. We have a message that we want to share. Our message is about aging well. We are ALL getting older every day yet there is no reason to compromise on a full, fun, and healthy life. What does this mean?
