Dr. Roger temporarily detours from his Preventative Pet Health Care Series to reflect on a week in his hospital where he dealt with an unusual number of sick animals whose ailments were primarily the result pet owner ignorance.  At one time preventable, unnecessary, and potentially tragic; Dr. Roger spent his past week battling ignorance as much as he battled diseases themselve.
