What do you do after you've prayed and the answer is delayed? Answer: You do what you can see while God does what you cannot see. In the first message of the Divine Delays series, Pastor George Sawyer uses examples of the lives of people in the Bible to show how God is not slack (does not delay and is not slow) concerning His promise (2 Peter 3:9) and that we should wait on the Lord and keep His way because He will exalt us to inherit the land. (Psalm 37:34). Pastor Sawyer illustrates how delays are opportunities for us to grow up, develop, trust God, walk by faith, and be conquerors. Sometimes God's delays are purposeful.
