We have become a sedentary society over the last 30 years. Do you ever find that you have spent your entire day either in a chair (work, computer, etc.) or on the sofa watching TV? Our bodies are not designed to be sedentary. They are designed to be in motion. Today's podcast discusses many of the ways that sitting is bad for you, some of which you might not even think about.
