You might remember that after breaking up with my college sweetheart, I moved to Jerusalem for grad school and had two back-to-back relationships with people who didn’t want to be with me. Despite my love for travel and living abroad, it was one of the darkest times in my life and look back on it now with mixed emotions. It got to the point where I couldn’t handle my emotions anymore, so I reached out to a therapist.
