The family of a Merseyside teenager killed in the Manchester Arena attack have launched a charity in her memory.  15 year old Megan Hurley was among the 22 people who lost their lives in the terror attack last year . Megan's brother Bradley told our reporter, Adam Phillips, about "The Megan Hurley Foundation" and how it aims to provide support for self employed families who have lost a loved one.
