Footballing legend **David Dein**'s plan to use football to help rehabilitate offenders has passed its launch target with 32 Premier League and English Football League clubs signing up to be twinned with their local prisons. Both **Liverpool and Everton** were among the first wave of clubs to sign up to the scheme, and **Ant Harden** from **Everton in the Community** joined **Mick Coyle** to discuss the club's participation in the project, as well as their **Safe Hands** program which works with young offenders.
