The Owen McVeigh Foundation is hosting a family fun day at David Lloyd Knowsley this Saturday. The day features a host of activities for people young and old, and there’s even a live performance from Jamie Webster. It gets underway from 10.30am – and tickets cost a fiver for adults, £2.50 for kids. The Foundation was set up in Owen’s name after he lost his battle with leukaemia. Dad Mark McVeigh and Sean Mangan from David Lloyd joined Mick Coyle on Radio City Talk to tell us more about the event.
