In this interview Dani describes her life in Eastern China. She’s been living there for over a year and six months with her husband. She teaches future teachers in a local university. She shared her favorite lessons and personal experiences with food, development, learning Chinese with friends, health, the impacts of development on families and how it compares with her experiences in the US. I also gave a short history of the influence of Chinese people in Mauritius.
