The word can bring smiles and feelings of all nature.  At this stage of life  I have one brother, Tony, who has two children, April and Byron, and a grandchild - my great-nephew, Aiden who is 4. We have cousins across the world, including Florida, Pennsylvania and California. I feel very fortunate to have grown up knowing my grandparents on my father's side and even my great grandmother on my mother's side of the family.  Connecting with generations from infants to as high as I can go brings me such joy.  I also really love celebrating the family we call friends. This weekend I had the pleasure of not only celebrating a friend and sister in silence, Susan Kelley- Delaine, I got to meet her parents! What a blessing to have your family and your parents to celebrate with you.  I truly miss mine.
