The Intuitive Woman

This meditation was created out of a recent conference I attended called Podcast Movement last week. There were over 3,000 attendees. As I made my way though the convention, and the sessions, I found myself getting more and more exhausted and feeling yucky. It came over me in waves. Once I realized what was happening, I knew I had to create my shield. There was one very distinct interaction, with an attendee who I felt invaded my space. You all know these people. They stand just a bit too close. They talk on and on, they seem weird to you. Come on..I know I am not the only one! You see we have an aura that extends an arm distance all the way around us. Try it, put your arm out. Thats how far people should be speaking to you. When they are closer, it feels darn right uncomfortable, like you want to run away. I right there and then, put up my shield. I was grateful for this tool and to my spirit that I listened to what I needed. I wanted to create this for you to help you in these uncomfortable situations. I wo
