Welcome back. Thank you for tuning in to this week's meditation. Today is a mindful walking meditation. It is a moving meditation however, if you cannot walk due to an injury or recovering from surgery, please listen seated or lying down. Tune into your intuitive abilities to do this. To prepare to walk. Make sure you have comfortable shoes on. Chose the place you will be walking. Either inside or out in nature. Make sure you listen with earbuds for the best quality, and if possible have your hands free. Use this time to connect to your breath and the movement. As you listen to my voice, allow it to guide you into present time. When you notice your thoughts coming in, keep coming back to my voice, your breath and the movement.
