Every 90- 120 breaths our nostrils change their dominance Left nostril may be dominant then it will shift to the right Then the right nostril may be dominant then the left When we consciously change the dominance of the nostrils we can change our mind our energy and make a shift This shift will help with travel anxiety and stress I suggest doing this either before your board the transportation you are using or as soon as you sit down. If you are doing this to prepare for flying. Once you board and before take off this is handy. Come to a Seated position Clasp your hands right thumb over left over your diaphragm or lower belly there is little pressure Your arms are relaxed Your elbows rest in your lap This is great because no one can tell you are meditating it is a relaxed posture. Close eyes and notice which is the dominate nostril Did you notice which one was more dominate?
