Today on the podcast I share a meditation to balance the body. I use the breathing technique: Nadi shodhana. Below is a definition: Nadi shodhana pranayama which is a hatha yoga practice that purifies the nadis (energy channels in the subtle body) through alternate-nostril breathing. One purpose of nadi shodhana is to restore balance to the flow of prana through these nadis. Please sit in a comfortable seated position as you listen. I hope you enjoy this meditation.
