My Food Job Rocks!

Today we’re interviewing Adam Richman food author, expert, and culinary entrepreneur of The HISTORY Channel’s popular non-fiction series “The Food That Built America”. I first saw Adam Richman on the show, Man vs Food! So we had to start with that journey first What I find amazing about this interview is how Adam takes all of these very interesting cultural touchstones from art, to culture, to food and accumulates these experiences over time. Of course, this is why he’s such a good host and commentator in his career in food. The road to his first big break as the Host of Man vs Food is full of these brick-by-brick experiences that cumulated into his continuing success as a TV show host for a variety of super cool food-specific series. Currently, Adam is doing shows for the History channel including “The Food that Built America!” Which is debuting it’s 4th season.
