Episode Summary:   Has anyone else ever noticed how interviewing is kind of like dating?  When we really think about it, interviewing is very similar to dating.  Pre Meeting Communication  Maybe someone has reached out to set up an interview.  Could be phone call, email, text, etc. but the interview 'starts' with that communication.  Just because the interview hasn’t officially started yet, doesn’t mean as a recruiter, I’m not already evaluating you as a candidate.  How you communicate before you meet can help or hurt you.  First Meeting Show up prepared and on time.
