Network: ex-colleagues?  Previous leaders LinkedIn Job specific meet ups Social media platforms  Ask experts in your field  Evaluate:  Is this a company you want to stay at? Is this a leader you want to work for and align to?  It's ok to move on if this is a long term issue vs temporary problem Continue to be a rockstar! Communicate progress / roadblocks / solutions  Stay consistent  Ask for flexibility  Have a plan Understand the goals you're working towards Take control Can't fix or cha
