Amazing time management and career alignment should be the goal. While working too many hours can lead to burnout, it's not the only cause. Causes: Too many hours Working a job you hate Working for a terrible leader Not enough rest Too much stress Lack of support system Ethics / morals / values don't align to your organization Don't get to make your own choices Bored or not challenged enough Taking on too much at once So with that, what exactly is burnout? Signs of burnout: Feeling tired / exhausted Not wanting to eat Easily getting sick Anxiety is heightened Having a hard time sleeping Difficulty focusing Irritability Easy to get angry or annoyed Feeling sad or depressed Being overly negative / can't find the positive Losing joy / happiness in things / activities / people you used to find it in Withdrawing Low per
