In today's episode I talk to my dear friend, Courtney Cheng, about turning 40 this year.  Courtney and I met as sophomores in college and have been friends now for almost 20 years.  We have been through so much together and have helped each other through many highs and lows in our lives.  I am so grateful for our enduring friendship and the opportunity to sit down and chat about what turning 40 feels like for both of us.
