The drug could be a godsend for those with light-complexions and a propensity for skin cancer University of Pennsylvania oncologists report a preliminary phase 1 study of a drug that drives killer T cells into notoriously treatment-resistant pancreatic cancer. The drug selicrelumab was given to 15 patients before their surgery and chemotherapy. The excised tumor specimens were T-cell enriched and less fibrotic permitting better penetration of other therapeu
