For today's Action Attunement session, we're joined by Sophia Chun who is a mother of 2, including a 9 month old boy. Her Challenge: She has postpartum PUPPP rash. Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy (PUPPP) rash is an itchy rash that appears in stretch marks of the stomach during late pregnancy. Instead of going away after birth, her rash progressed after she gave birth. She been on steroids for 6 months now, instead of just 10 days.
