I hope you and your family and loved ones had an amazing holiday celebration, and I’m excited to be one of the first to wish you a HAPPY NEW YEAR! I love the new year. It’s a time of renewal, joy, togetherness, hope, commitment, and excitement... What are some words that come to mind for you when you think about a new year? I recognize that a new year might not bring you all the warm and fuzzies. Many times we associate past events that aren’t so joyful or exciting with a time of year, and unfortunately, that might make this time of the year a tough one for you. I’m here with you, and I’m sorry if you’re experiencing trying times right now. But I do want to offer a message of hope here. I want to share with you an exercise that I’ve been doing for the past 5 or 6 years now that has been a tremendous help for me throughout the entire year. Not just in the first two weeks of the year - not just until I “reach my next goal” - but for the ENTIRE year. It’s an exercise inspired by my friend Chris Brogan, and it’s
